My Story

Any contribution you can make, however small will add up to make a huge difference to families going through the toughest of times in facing a child's Cancer diagnosis. Frank was simply amazing, cracking jokes until the very end. His friends and family try to take a little of this zest for life and laughter  with them, in his honour.  We should all try to seize the moment, be braver, be kinder, be nuts, be yourself...  Be More Frank.

BeMoreFrank provides grants in Herefordshire, Powys, Ceredigion, Monmouthshire, Gloucestershire & Worcestershire & I'm so proud to be doing my bit with your help to try to repay the inspiration that Frank & his family have been to me to try live my life that little bit braver. I started Trail Marathon running in 2021 & have had the most incredible experiences, in beautiful countryside around the UK running distances of upto 65 miles so The NAV4 LAW on Saturday 8th February is my biggest challenge yet! I d always said I wouldn't dare do anything involving too much cold & dark & most certainly not sleep deprivation....yet here I am, terrified yet excited the night before in my hotel in Skipton & if I'm honest I think I left doing my new page this close to the wire because I still wasn't sure if I actually really had the balls to attempt this!!!

I'm so grateful to everyone who has supported me along the way on my Ultrarunning journey & it means the world to me to have your kind words & "likes"& if you can spare any money even £1 please know it makes a difference- around £211k worth of difference so far!!!!
